Meet Rev. Dr. Manuel aka. 'Bumper'

A foster child of a 15-year old mother, Rev. Dr. Manuel A. Howard’s life could have taken many directions.

 

God scripted plans for him: to serve as many people as he can. His focus is to assist each person to learn, and find their direction. He does this not only as Pastor of Saint John AME Church in Rosemont , PA but through community work.

 

In addition to his pastoral work, Dr. Howard is an author, a transformational community leader, and nationally recognized speaker.

 

Formerly a member of the Pennsylvania Statewide Adoption board of Advisors, and a scholar of Transformational Leadership, his purpose is to empower everyone he meets by encouraging them to live a life on purpose.

 

Dr. Howard’s lectures and training programs contain useful and practical information to help navigate life. “Every day is an honor and privilege to build lives, mold future leaders and to serve church, community and God.

 

” Dr. Howard is a devoted father who shares his life with his family: Vanessa, Marcus, Zion, and Matthew.
